The Order Process

1. Ready to upgrade your company uniforms? Contact us directly to discuss your custom workwear needs

2. Optimum provides a list of costs and also any promotional offers we can provide you and your team through the process

3. You decide to proceed and provide the full workwear requirement. High-resolution logos and any other requirements.

4. First initial artwork production sheet is created and a full quote is provided - this is your chance to check everything

5. Customer either [A] signs off and pays proforma, or [B] details required amendments for another approval

6. once final artwork is approved and proforma invoice is paid the order goes into official pre production at the factory

7. A Logo strike off is provided to you as a second chance to make any amendments - or to spot issues or change a logo last minute

8. once you sign your second approval, it will go into production and no further amendments can be made

9. your order will be added to our final production Schedule and an estimated delivery date will be advised to you taking shipment into consideration

10. To ensure your happiness the garments will land with us, to allow us to check everything one last time!
