Returns Policy

At Optimum Teamwear, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality, bespoke teamwear designed specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding returns.

Custom-Made Garments: Non-Returnable

We want to emphasize that all garments purchased from Optimum Teamwear are custom-made to your exact specifications, including team logos, names, numbers, colors, and sizing. This personalization process means that each item is unique to your order and cannot be resold or reused.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any custom-made garments unless there is a demonstrable issue with the quality of the product or an error on our part in fulfilling your original order.

Quality Issues and Errors

While we maintain stringent quality control measures throughout our production process, in the unlikely event that you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty stitching, misaligned printing) or if we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect size, wrong customization), we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Procedure for Reporting Quality Issues or Errors:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe there is a quality issue or an error with your garment. You can contact us via email at Teamwear@optimumteamwear.co.uk or phone at 01942497707. Please include your order number and a clear description of the problem, along with photographic evidence where applicable.
  2. Investigation: Upon receiving your notification, our dedicated customer service team will thoroughly investigate the matter. This may involve requesting further information or images to assess the issue.
  3. Resolution: If our investigation confirms that there is a genuine quality issue or an error on our part, we will be happy to offer a like-for-like replacement of the incorrect or faulty item at no additional cost to you.

Important Considerations:

  • Please ensure that you carefully review all sizing charts, customization details, and proofs (if provided) before confirming your order. Optimum Teamwear cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Slight variations in color between digital representations and the finished product may occur due to differences in screen settings and the printing process. These minor variations do not constitute a quality issue.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.

We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Optimum Teamwear. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
